- This ticket reservation page is for foreigners (non-residents of Japan) only. For those residing in Japan, please use the official ticket sales website for domestic visitors. （https://nagaokamatsuri.com/ticket/）*Tickets will be selected by lottery.
- Your reservation request will not be processed if we determine any of the requirements are not met. Please note that if any false information is included in the application, the reservation will be invalidated and the ticket price will not be refunded.
- Hotel accommodation and transportation to our meeting place are not included in this ticket reservation service, so please make your own arrangements.
- No cancellations will be accepted after payment is completed. Changes to participant names can be made at "MYPAGE".
- Tickets are required for all guests 6 years old and older. (An accompanying preschool child may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.)
* Children under 6 years old who require own seat must purchase a ticket. - Legal names, passport numbers, and nationalities of the representative and all accompanying persons are required at the time of reservation. We will verify the identity of the representative and all accompanying persons with their passports when the tickets are handed over to you on the day of the fireworks.

Schedule after reservation
Reservation Confirmation
After the ticket reservation is submitted, the ticket lottery result will be sent to you in June. If you win the ticket, the result also contains your reservation number.
Please keep this confirmation letter with you as it indicates your reservation number.
If you have any questions, please let us know your reservation number so that we can assist you smoothly.
Final Instructions
In early July, we will send you a document containing detailed information on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks by e-mail.
On the day of Nagaoka Fireworks
Please come to the meeting place at the designated time. We will give you a ticket and guide you how to get to the fireworks site. After the fireworks, we will disperse at the venue.
*For more details, please refer to the final instructions to be sent in early July.
Cancellation of the fireworks display, etc.
The fireworks festival will be held in case of light rain, but may be postponed or cancelled in case of severe weather at the launch site or other accidental force such as natural disasters.
In case of postponement, your tickets can be used on the postponed date.
In case of cancellation, up to 50% of the ticket price will be deducted from your refund as a handling charge.
No refund will be made if the event is cancelled in the middle of the event.
